Today, I wanna talk about who Audacious Founder Wealth Strategy Coaching is for and who it is not for. This episode is not about convincing you to work with me. It is about helping you decide whether this is the right framework for where you are right now.
One thing I wanna be clear about upfront is that I don't take an unlimited number of coaching clients, not because I'm trying to create scarcity, but because this work requires [00:02:00] depth, attention, and actual thinking. And also, I wanna have a life, so I keep it limited so that I can enjoy my free time and have some free time to enjoy.
so Audacious Founder Wealth Strategy Coaching, let's be upfront, is not for everybody, and that's on purpose. The mismatch is expensive emotionally and financially for both of us. If we are working together and it is not the right match, I mean, you just spent money on something that is not really getting you any closer to what you want, and I'm not doing the work that I have set out to do.
So it's not helping either of us, so it is really important that we make sure that we are the right match to work together. the fastest way to stay stuck is to choose the wrong strategy at the wrong stage. So that's the [00:03:00] thing, too. I really wanna make sure that what I'm offering you and what I'm helping you with is the right strategy for you and what you want and where you're trying to go.
It's, it's not gonna be for everybody. If you're even considering working with me, there is an application process, and that is by design. Not everyone is accepted, and that's intentional. I'd rather tell you no than take you on when the timing or the fit isn't right. And that protects you, it also protects me, and it protects the work.
If you're accepted, it means I believe deeply that I can help you get exactly what you want. So what is the coaching exactly? It is something that is strategic, not motivational. I mean, it will be motivational, it will be empowering, but that's not the goal of it. The goal of it is to be tactical and strategic.
What I notice in a lot of other coaching programs, it's [00:04:00] one or the other. It's a lot of either mindset and a lot of maybe woo woo kind of stuff, and then there are some that don't touch that at all and are more tactical and strategic, which is great, but if you have all these mindset issues, you have all these money beliefs that are blocking you, you have, you know, all these, these excuses and these things that constantly pop up that prevent you from moving forward in your plan, then it doesn't matter how much strategy you have, you're the problem.
You're the one blocking yourself. So with Audacious Founder Wealth Strategy Coaching, we start out with that mindset, that identity piece. We make sure that that is, like, organized, that that is clear, and then we move into strategy. We also need that initial identity piece because that is what's going to help develop your wealth strategy.
Whereas most strategies out here [00:05:00] are extremely cookie cutter. It's just you pick it up and you plop it on to each individual person and nothing changes. That's not good. That's not what is most effective. what we're doing is we're going deeper into understanding who you are, what you want, what you want to achieve, what kind of life you want to be living, and we are crafting a personalized wealth plan based off of that, based off of you.
So that's already eliminating a million risks and, uh, obstacles that you would hit up against in reaching all of your goals
Because of all that, because there are, uh, five steps in my framework, this is not a transactional, like, a couple meetings is gonna get you to the end of that road to reach your goals. Absolutely not. This is long-term work. [00:06:00] I do chunk it out into six-month intervals, but this first s- uh, phase in the Empire Engine, which is the framework that we would be going through, that first phase, that could take a year.
I mean, truly, it could take a year. The second phase, the Cash Flow Compass, that could take a year or longer. Some of these could take shorter, depending on where you are already. That's why it's, really hard to set a, definitive timeframe for this work, because it completely depends on the amount of resources you have, the amount of work you've done in the past, the amount of experience you have with investing and money management already.
So it's impossible to put a definitive timeline on it. But, I do have them broken up into six-month intervals, and we, we go as many six-month intervals as we need to get you where you're trying to go[00:07:00]
This is built specifically for women, first of all, and women who want coherence, alignment. They want direction as opposed to vagary, and they are not looking for these quick fixes that evaporate five minutes after you do them. We're not looking for hacks here. We're looking at things that are sustainable, things that are fulfilling, things that you don't hate doing.
we are looking for things that resonate with who you are. I don't- I, I know I say that all the time, but that's literally what it is We're focused on aligning your money and your pursuit of wealth with identity. We are focused on building repeatable systems, and we're focused on creating momentum that compounds.
All of these things are looking into the future. We need all of these things to [00:08:00] create legacy, and if you are not building wealth or income for legacy, then what the hell are you doing it for? You're doing it for survival. You're doing it because you're in survival mode. But the idea is get out of survival mode and start building legacy.
You need these things to build that legacy. Aligning money with identity, building these repeatable systems, creating momentum that compounds on itself, that grows on itself. This is not, "Tell me what to invest, and I'll invest in it," or, "You give me your money, and I'm gonna invest it for you." This is not that.
It's build a system that actually moves my life forward. That's what we're doing here
So who is this coaching for? This is for women who have ambitions larger than just investing in a [00:09:00] 401, larger than just handing your money over to a financial advisor and hoping for the best. You don't wanna outsource your financial decisions anymore. You want to take ownership. You wanna step into the driver's seat of your financial future.
If you are ready for that, this is for you. This is for you if you are tired of circling the same questions: Should I invest in this? What should I be investing in? Is this the right strategy? How do I even tell that? Why does nothing feel aligned? Where do I go from here? How do I build wealth? How do I man- manage my money?
How do I get ahead? If you are tired of these questions, are you ... If you're tired of not having the answers to these questions, this is for you. If you want a personalized strategy as opposed to generic advice that was created for one person and their circumstances, and they're now trying to place [00:10:00] on top of every other person, this is a personalized strategy that we're creating here.
And again, if you are ready to be accountable to execution, consistency, truth, if you are ready to do the work needed to actually be the person who can build the legacy that you really want, this is for you. You'll need to have either a minimum of $1,000 a month in excess cash flow. That means after expenses, you have at least 1,000 bucks.
Anything less than that, you're in survival mode, and we don't want you to be in survival mode. the other alternative is that you have a large chunk of savings that you could use to pay for the coaching and to put towards investments. Again, anything other than that is strategy without capacity. It's just stress.
If you're trying to do this work, if you're trying [00:11:00] to pay for coaching and also have money to invest, and you just don't have this excess cash flow every month, you're even deeper into survival mode. You're just gonna be stressed out the whole time. We don't want that. We want your monthly living expenses, we want your job or wherever those sources of income are coming from to be stable.
We want you to feel secure and safe enough that you can do this work.
This is not a worth statement. It's not about are you good enough. It's about are you ready? We need you to be stable. So again, I work with a small number of women at a time intentionally because this is a program... This is not a program I can scale endlessly without losing what makes it effective.

If I say yes to someone, it means that I'm actually thinking, spending time thinking about their situation, not running them through a cookie cutter template.
The women who get the best results here are the ones who want that level of engagement-
So often there are people who sign up for coaching, and, and these are people that I, you know, I would not accept them, um, but sometimes it's hard to tell. There are people who really want to go through the coaching, and then they get in, and they just don't want or find excuses to do those small action items in between meetings that actually are moving you forward.
They don't want to do the work or the education
This is who this program is not for. We want people who [00:13:00] are ready, ready to step into their power, ready to take responsibility and step into the driver's seat. This is, this is a space where you will build tools that you will use for the rest of your life. This is not, "Okay, it's not really gonna add much value to my life."
No, this is gonna change how you look at money, how you treat money, and how you build wealth. This is gonna change your kids' lives.

Yes, we are all ta- we're talking [00:14:00] about... Everything we talk about here, the intention is for it to be passive. Set it and forget it in a responsible way, because most people think set it and forget it meaning let me hand this over to somebody else. Let me just skirt the responsibility of, of managing my money and growing my wealth and hand it to somebody else and not track it, not keep an eye on it.
Maybe I'll check on it once a year and not really even analyze from year to year what's going on. If you want somebody else to just take the entire reins of your financial future, this is absolutely the opposite of what you should be pursuing. don't fill out an application. if you are looking for quick wins or guarantees...
There will be some small quick wins within this, absolutely. You will get excited and motivated in the beginning because you'll be making positive changes for yourself, [00:15:00] but if you're looking for get rich quick schemes, if you're looking to make tons of money in the first three months, this is not for you because there's, there's work.
There's education that's involved with this. There's steps you need to take. Sometimes just implementing some of the steps can take months. This is a long-term play here
If you are someone who is very stuck in their habits and you don't wanna change your habits, you don't wanna change how you make decisions, if you know that you are very stubborn and maybe not the most coachable person, this is not for you. This is for somebody who comes in open-minded, who wants to learn, who wants to discover ideas, and maybe change their mindset and their beliefs about certain things that they had never thought of before.
But if you are somebody who's closed off to these new ideas, [00:16:00] closed off to things that contradict what you've been conditioned to believe, this probably isn't the best fit. If you're in financial survival mode, if you are having trouble just paying the bills, or you're unsure about your current job and you don't know if it's gonna be there next year, this may not be the best thing for you.
Because again, if you're in survival mode, you need to get that sorted. You need to get that stabilized before you can start thinking bigger you wanna try without committing. There is no trying here, there's only doing. If you're signing up for this, you're making a commitment to yourself, to me, to your kids, to your future, to the world, because you're gonna leave something behind to the world.
This is a full commitment, so you need to be 100% there and have the capacity to make that [00:17:00] commitment. if you just don't have the capacity to invest emotionally or financially or time-wise, you, you feel like you really can't carve out some time to work on this stuff, not worth it. You're gonna waste your money.
This work doesn't start with investing, it starts with ownership
The reason, or reasons rather, why I require an application It's not about impressing me. It's about making sure this structure will actually serve you. I don't want people stressing themselves out. I don't want them str- stretching themselves too [00:18:00] thin. I don't want them digging deeper into survival mode in order to do this, because it's just gonna be confirming a lot of beliefs that they may already have, a lot of those scarcity beliefs.
It's gonna confirm that this is not right for you. It's gonna confirm that you are not worthy. It's gonna confirm all these negative things that you might already be telling yourself. So again, if you do not have the mental, emotional, financial capacity to do this at the moment, don't do it. It's not the time.
if you are mentally misaligned- If, you know, a lot of the things that I'm talking about you don't resonate with, then obviously this is probably not the right fit timing. If things in your family are crazy, if you have a, a sick spouse and you need to spend a lot of time and energy taking care of them at the moment, or you have three young kids and you literally have zero attention left over, [00:19:00] again, maybe this isn't the right time.
We want you to be at a more or less peaceful place where you still have these things that you can be learning, these adjustments you can be making, these new ideas that can, you know, change your life potentially. We need you to have space for that. The women who thrive in this work, they don't rush in.
They arrive ready to create momentum If you're ready to stop circling, stop second-guessing, and build a wealth strategy that actually fits who you are and where you're going, apply. This is your sign to apply. If it's a yes, we'll move forward together. If it's a not, I'll explain to you why.
And if you're listening and thinking that, "I'm not quite there yet," or, "I've got this situation going on that I need to wait for that to clear up, but I want structure, I want education, I want accountability," [00:20:00] the membership is where I would recommend you start. The idea is prepare yourself, get yourself in a space where you can do the one-on-one coaching, because that is the most powerful thing to get you where you're going.
The membership exists so you can build clarity, confidence, and consistency without pressure until coaching becomes the right next step. I just, I constantly wanna remind you, because I feel like we always beat [00:21:00] ourselves up and, and make ourselves feel shame, that we're behind.
You're not behind. You're just at a decision point, and the most powerful move you can make is choosing the right structure for the season that you're currently in. I have clients that are in their 70s, and I have clients that are in their 30s, and I have clients that are in their 50s. Every single one of these clients says, "Oh, I wish I would've started this earlier.
I wish I would've started this earlier." It doesn't matter. Starting at 70 is better than never starting. Starting at 70 is better than starting at 80 10 years from now, you know? Starting at s- at 50 is better than starting at 60, right? It doesn't matter, but you gotta start. You gotta start now, that's the thing.
Final reminder that I want to give you guys is coaching equals application. [00:22:00] Coaching equals accountability. Coaching equals quick momentum.
