Why EFT Tapping Works for Women Who Lead
Alana’s specialty is EFT tapping—a somatic (body-based) practice that pairs targeted phrases with tapping on specific acupressure points along energy meridians (think: acupuncture, but with your fingertips). In her words:

Top-down vs. bottom-up. Classic talk therapy (CBT) lives in the conscious mind. Most of our blocks are stored below that—in the body, in stuck emotions, in nervous system patterns (fight/flight/freeze/shutdown). Tapping is a bottom-up approach that helps you access and release what logic can’t touch.

Eyebrow → Side of Eye → Under Eye → Under Nose → Chin → Collarbone → Under Arm → Top of Head
Speak one line per point, repeat for 1–3 rounds. -
Close with a hand on heart + breath. Seal the work.

Integrate. Some days will get emotional (good). Some days it’s a quick re-center (also good). Think daily hygiene, not emergency-only.
